Hi, I'm Victoria Hill — a Certified Nurse Injector and the face behind Bates Aesthetics and Wellness. Based in Gilmer, TX, I serve women and men across East Texas who are ready to feel more confident, refreshed, and radiant in their own skin.
From the moment I started nursing school and throughout my journey as a Labor & Delivery nurse, I always knew my calling was to care for people and make a difference in the way they feel.
Over time, I found myself drawn to aesthetics and the opportunity to care for people in a different way. I wanted to help people look in the mirror and feel more confident in themselves while still looking like themselves.
That passion ultimately led me to Bates Aesthetics and Wellness. My goal is never to change the way you look, but to enhance the features you already love and help you feel like the best version of yourself.
My approach is simple: I listen first. Every face is unique, and every treatment plan should reflect that. I take my time with each client to understand your goals, your anatomy, and what results will feel most natural and beautiful for you.
